Former 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star Apollo Nida released from prison

Apollo Nida is almost a free man.

Phaedra Parks‘ ex-husband was released from prison over the weekend, The Blast reports. He is living at a halfway house in Philadelphia and will be done finishing his sentence there on Oct. 15, per Federal Bureau of Prisons records obtained by Page Six.

Nida, 40, was spotted with his new fiancée, Sherien Amufti, shortly after his release. They became engaged while he was behind bars in 2016.

“RHOA” alum Parks, 45, reached a divorce agreement with Nida in 2017. The former couple share two sons, Dylan, 6, and Ayden, 9.

Nida was sentenced to 96 months in prison on conspiracy to commit mail, wire and bank fraud charges and was ordered to pay $1.9 million in restitution.
