Former Disney actress Demi Lovato revealed Thursday she is collaborating with "Glee" actor Chord Overstreet on new music.

The 19-year-old singer, whose third album "Unbroken" will drop September 20, took to Twitter to announce she had a studio session with Overstreet to write music together.

Overstreet had high praise for the "Skyscraper" singer, tweeting they had a "killer session" and described Lovato as "truly talented."

The 22-year-old actor played Sam Evans on season two of "Glee" but he reportedly walked away from the TV show and will not appear on season three in order to invest more time in his music career.

Lovato walked away from her Disney show "Sonny with a Chance" this year, after spending time in rehab to deal with an eating disorder and emotional issues.

She released her first single post-rehab in July, "Skyscraper" -- an emotional ballad about her recovery -- that swiftly made its way to the top of the charts.
