Jenna Jameson swears off snacking in latest weight loss advice post showing dramatic change

Jenna Jameson can't stop herself from sharing her diet tips after shedding nearly 80 pounds of post-baby weight using the keto diet.
"Things that have helped me lose weight- I stopped snacking. I allow myself to get hungry," she captioned a before-and-after snap on Monday. "I walk to where I need to go. I stop eating when I’m satisfied."
Jameson, 44, added that she practices intermittent fasting from 6 p.m. to 11 a.m. and avoids processed foods and rarely dines out.

"I accept that slow progress is PROGRESS. I take progress pictures to motivate me," she wrote. "I only shop the perimeter at the market. I consider eating as nourishing not as a reward. I adjust my food according to how my body is reacting. If I am stalled, I eat less calories or cut dairy. Most importantly, I treat myself with love and patience."
Last week, the former porn star showed off a heavily filtered photo, claiming that her diet — high fat, low carb, moderate protein — also eliminated inflammation in her body.
Earlier this month, Jameson shared her meal plan, later revealing that cutting dairy makes her abs and obliques more defined.

In September, Jameson revealed that it took her 17 months to get to her goal weight of 123 pounds after welcoming daughter Batel in April 2017.
