Pitbull is not off the hook with Lindsay Lohan, who wasn’t moved by the rapper’s apology and clarification on why he used her name in his latest single “Give me Everything.”

TMZ says that Lohan refuses to attend the MTV Video Music Awards with the rapper, who invited the actress in the hopes that they could “figure things out.”

People close to Lohan say Pitbull’s apology does not change how she feels about the lawsuit.

Pitbull told Primer Impacto that he’s “helping not hurting” Lohan’s career and that the lyrics are “keeping her relevant.”

He also said he will be performing the song at the VMA’s this weekend.
