'Real Housewives' star Vicki Gunvalson sorry for accidental nude Instagram pic

Oops. "Real Housewives of Orange Country" star Vicki Gunvalson apologized for accidentally posting a nude photo of herself on Instagram.
The now-deleted picture showed a topless Gunvalson's reflection in the packaging of a pair of black Beats headphones.
The reality star quickly realized her mistake and took the photo offline.

"I clearly couldn't see the reflection when I posted the image on Instagram," she explained in an apology on Facebook. "I apologize to anyone that saw the picture and am deeply embarrassed."
