The Giudice family reacts to Joe's deportation appeal denial: 'We are fighters'

Joe Giudice’s eldest daughter, Gia, is staying strong for her family.
On Thursday, news broke that her father's deportation appeal was denied and is one step closer to having to possibly go back to his native Italy.
“Pictures, memories, and hope is the only thing that has gotten my family this far,” the 18-year-old captioned her post on social media.

“We are fighters but my father is someone who is one of the most important people in my life. Not a day goes by where we don’t love you, miss you, and fight for you with all our hearts. You will be home with us soon daddy. I love you so much. #bringjoehome," she added.
Giudice and his reality TV star wife, Teresa, also share three other daughters: Gabriella, 14, Milania, 13, and Audriana, 9.

She also reacted to the news on social media with a photo of her family decorating eggs on a previous Easter.
“Joe with the girls decorating eggs, days like this I love having photos,” the "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star wrote.
The Giudice's attorney, James J. Leonard Jr., told Fox News in a statement on Thursday: “We are extremely disappointed that the Board of Immigration Appeals has denied Mr. Giudice’s appeal. We have filed a stay with the Third Court of Appeals and will continue to fight to keep Mr. Giudice in the United States, the only country he knows, and reunite him with his wife and four daughters.”

Since being released from prison after completing his 41-month sentence for fraud charges, Giudice has been living in an ICE facility in western Pennslyvania. No official deportation date has been set yet.
