5 Perfect Spoonfuls of our Royal White Peony tea

1 L hot water (85°C)
1 English cucumber
Lime (optional)

Gin (optional)

Preparation:
Steep tea in hot water for 4-6 minutes, then strain. Chill tea for 15 minutes.

Fill pitcher halfway with ice, and add sliced cucumber and chilled tea. Use spoon to mix everything together.
