Kymica Hubbard wasn’t due until mid-May, so when she told her husband she was having contractions during a trip to a Nebraska zoo on Sunday, he thought she was exaggerating.

“I was having contractions and it was getting closer and closer together and I was telling my husband, ‘OK, it’s time to get off the (zoo) train and let’s go to the emergency room,’ but he kept telling me I’m over-exaggerating,” the 24-year-old told the Associated Press.

COUPLE MARRIED 69 YEARS DIES 40 MINUTES APART

Sure enough, Hubbard’s water broke in the middle of the Henry Doorly Zoo & Aquarium and less than two minutes later, her husband Justin caught their newborn daughter in a sweater while a crowd gathered around them.

“She was crying. You know, cooing,” Justin, 27, told The Associated Press. “And it was just the most beautiful thing that a man can ever see. I mean, it was a truly blessed experience. It was a crazy experience. I mean, I wouldn’t trade it for the world.”

Their daughter, named Drea Hubbard, was born weighing 5 pounds, 5 ounces, and was already given the nickname “Pooh Bear” by her proud parents, according to The Associated Press.

SICK CHILD? AN EASY WAY TO TAKE THEIR TEMPERATURE

“I never thought I’d be having a baby in a public place,” Kymica told the news outlet.

Justin said they will return to the zoo to celebrate Drea’s future birthdays.
