Nancy Guthrie disappearance: Sheriff says detectives are 'definitely closer' to ID'ing suspect

Pima County Sheriff said during an interview with NBC News that detectives are "definitely closer" to identifying a suspect or suspects, as they work to identify a mysterious car in a neighbors' Ring camera video that was obtained by Fox News Digital. The 84-year-old mother of NBC "Today" host Savannah Guthrie went missing from her Tucson, Arizona, home on Feb. 1.

Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos said authorities are "looking into" the car caught on one of Nancy Guthrie's neighbors' Ring camera that appeared shortly after she disappeared.
Investigators continue to search for Nancy Guthrie as she has been missing for over a month. Guthrie was forcibly taken from her Tucson, Arizona, home in the early morning hours of Feb. 1, Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos previously said.
In an Instagram video on Feb. 24, Savannah Guthrie announced a family reward of up to $1 million for the recovery of Nancy Guthrie, her mother. The family is also making a $500,000 donation to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, she said.
The FBI describes the suspect seen in surveillance images and video outside Nancy Guthrie's front door around the time she vanished as a male between 5'9” - 5'10” tall, with an average build and seen carrying a 25-liter "Ozark Trail Hiker Pack" backpack.
