President Trump on Tuesday is delivering the State of the Union address to Congress laying out his legislative agenda for the coming year.
The annual address is taking place a day before he is expected to be acquitted by the Senate in the impeachment trial. Trump told reporters earlier Tuesday that the address would be "extraordinarily low key."
