Ever since venture capitalist Josh Kushner and supermodel Karlie Kloss married last October, they’ve been on the prowl for new and bigger digs.
Now they’ve put their Nolita, Manhattan pad on the market for $6.995 million. Listing broker Nick Gavin, of Compass, declined to comment.
While Kushner is close to his big brother, presidential son-in-law/adviser Jared Kushner — Jared was an investor in Josh’s fund, Thrive, until he divested to work for President Trump — Josh remains a solid Democrat, while Kloss was a vocal Hilary Clinton supporter.

And Kushner also seems to have a knack for making money. A close friend to Instagram’s former CEO Kevin Systrom, Kushner once famously doubled his money in 72 hours after investing in Instagram days before Facebook bought it.
The Kushner/Kloss model home, at 211 Elizabeth St., at the corner of Prince Street, comes with two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. It’s a 2,000-square-foot spread that features an additional 1,120-square-foot landscaped, irrigated terrace that boasts two ivy-clad pergolas and a gas fireplace. Inside, the unit features a chef’s kitchen, an open dining room, walnut herringbone-patterned floors and a wood-burning fireplace.
French doors open to a master bedroom suite and a spa-like bathroom with a deep soaking tub. A second bedroom is configured as a media room and comes with built-ins and a walk-in closet.

Architects Roman & Williams designed the seven-story, red brick building in 2007 to fit in with the neighborhood. It was their first ground-up residential project. Building amenities include a gym, bike room, private storage and a landscaped roof terrace. Some of the building’s first buyers included rock legend Billy Joel, who bought a unit for his talented daughter, Alexa Ray Joel.
It’s not yet clear where Kushner and Kloss will live next.
Just days after their marriage, Kushner’s VC firm, Thrive Capital, closed $1 billion in new capital. Thrive’s investments include Oscar, Cadre, a real estate software company co-founded with Jared Kushner, Glossier and Warby Parker. Thrive also invests in artsy, an online platform for art discovery, with oligarch Roman Abramovich’s ex-wife, Dasha Zhukova.
