The 'Tankchair': A husband's devotion leads to greater mobility for wheelchair users

Brad Soden designed this special "cop chair" for Peoria, Phoenix police investigator Bill Weigt who was left paralyzed after being shot while chasing a murder suspect. This "Speedster" model was outfitted with lights, sirens, and an iPad for a control panel. (Liz Soden Foundation)
