Tours of the building are only available by appointment, and are intended for serious buyers, so you probably won’t be able to get in the building --and they are turning people away. You also have to prequalify to see one of the 5,200-square-foot private penthouses, which run between $4 and $6 million. James and her team have signed a deal with British licensing boutique Caroline Mickler Ltd. to bring 50 Shades of Grey-related merchandise to the book series’ growing population. Mickler is reported to be considering everything from lingerie/sleepwear and apparel to fragrances and beauty products. You may even be able to decorate your home with official 50 Shades of Grey-inspired bedding and home furnishings. These items will, not surprisingly, be aimed at adult women. Drinking Games Spice up what is sure to be an already revealing and quasi-embarrassing book club with a 50 Shades of Grey drinking game.
