A shipment of new vehicles was stolen in Philadelphia before they managed to get to dealerships, police said.

According to local ABC6, the fleet of cars had just been unloaded from roll on/roll off ships at the Port of Philadelphia and each one had keys inside.

Police told the local station that the investigation has its attention turned to a CSX lot.

"We can confirm that three vehicles were stolen from the CSX Greenwich rail yard in Philadelphia this morning," a CSX spokesperson told Fox News. "One of the three vehicles was recovered and an arrest has been made. The investigation of this case remains ongoing."

The location of the yard is near the Walt Whitman bridge, which goes across the Delaware River, connecting Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Police told the local station that one KIA and two Kyundais were stolen from the lot, and that two other cars were "moved."

So far one arrest has been made in the case, with an unidentified 19-year-old man now facing charges.

The new cars do not have registrations or tags, and authorities are putting out descriptions over police radio so officers can look for them.
