“Jenny from the block” has finally joined the Strip.

After months of preparations and teasing, Jennifer Lopez finally kicked off her new headlining Las Vegas show at The AXIS at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino on Wednesday night.

"It felt great. It felt really great. It's a room—it's a different venue than what I've played before and I wanted to tailor the show to fit in that room, and I think it felt really good,” the superstar singer told E! News after her first “Jennifer Lopez: All I Have” residency. "We worked really hard on it so people could have a good time and everybody at the end of that concert was on their feet dancing and jumping and singing."

The 46-year-singer did not disappoint belting out some of her famous singles including “Jenny from the Block,” “Get Right,” “If You Had My Love” and “Love Don’t Cost a Thing.”

Lopez, who has said in the past that she wants to bring others to join her from time to time, was also joined for special guest performances with Ja Rule (“I’m Real”), Ne-Yo (“All I Have”) and “Mr. 305” himself Pitbull (“On the Floor”). It was all choreographed by Napoleon and Tabitha Dumo (from “So You Think You Can Dance”).

"It's everything you can expect and more. It is so entertaining," Lopez’s 28-year-old boyfriend Casper Smart told E! News before the show. "I can't even...It's just entertainment from start to finish."

The sold-out, star-studded crowd included Justin Bieber, Cheryl Burke, Derek Hough, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Hoda Kotb, Leah Remini, Gina Rodriguez, Wilmber Valderrama, Rebel Wilson, Ryan Seacrest, her “Boy Next Door” co-star Ryan Guzman and the entire cast of “Shades of Blue.”

“Thanks J.Lo for the amazing concert tonight!!!” Wilson instagrammed along with a video of the performance. “P.S. For some reason I stopped this video right before you winked at me...which SUCKS...but we both know it happened! Congrats!!!”

Lopez has had a banner month with “Shades of Blue” premiering on NBC and the final season of “American Idol” kicking off.

"We never expected them to both launch in the same month along with ‘Idol’; it just happened that way,” Lopez told E! News. “But definitely a good start to an amazing year. 'Jenuary' for sure."

Tickets and VIP packages for Lopez’s shows through June are currently on sale. General ticket prices range from $59 to $229 plus taxes and fees. They can be purchased online at JLoVegas.com or at the Planet Hollywood box office.
