The Thunder's odds moved slightly to +160 from +175 over the last week. Led by star point guard Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, who's averaging a league-best 32.8 points per game, OKC has won 13 of its last 14 matchups.
Reigning champion Boston is second on the board, shifting to +230 from +235. Currently, the Celtics have the third-best record in the league at 52-19 and have clinched a playoff berth as they look to defend their title.
Rounding out the top three are the Cavaliers, who moved to +650 from +600.
A team bettors might want to watch is Los Angeles.
While the Lakers are on a skid, having lost six of their last nine, the team's new super-duo of LeBron James and Luka Dončić has helped L.A. get back into the championship conversation.
"I don't think we got ahead of ourselves with the Lakers," co-host Paul Pierce said on "Speak" regarding the team's recent losses.
"They gave us a good two or three weeks of great basketball. When they're healthy, they show us what they can be."
The Lakers — currently fourth in the Western Conference standings — have the fifth-best odds to win it all at +1500.
